In response to the global need of essential medical supplies, we’ve been donating medical grade face masks as well as fabric face masks to hospitals, military, nursing homes, in home care,& front line workers nationally. Your purchases help fund the needed materials, shipping & materials cost. Our Miami based facility is sewing every day in a sterile and safe venue.

You can help! If your sewing mask at home, send them in. We can ship them to the many facilities who have requested supplies. As a token of appreciation, we will give you a $25 gift card. You must make 50 -100 fabric surgical style mask. Homemade masks can also be used in conjunction with other masks to extend the life of medical grade mask.

You can also help by sending in donations. These donations are 100% going to be used towards sending medical grade N95 mask to the people who need them most! Covid-19 will not break us! Right click on image to save to your device. Print the face mask image pictured below. It has already been sized to print on standard letter paper. If you don't have a printer, you can use the measurements listed to create your own pattern.

 

Face Mask Sewing Instructions

 

1. Cut out 2 of your top fabric and 2 of your lining.

2. Sew the top 2 pieces together on the curve, repeat for inside fabric pieces.

3. Sew elastic on the notches listed of top fabric, connecting both sides -10 inches of elastic.

4. Face sewn fabric pieces together, tuck elastic inside.

5. Sew both pieces together, fabric facing. sew all around leaving hole at bottom to flip inside out.

6. Flip inside out.

7. Top stitch along the seam to close the mask.
