** Custom designs, carnival costumes, Monday wear, carnival accessories, feather wing back packs, wigs, beauty items, and face masks are FINAL SALE. They cannot be exchanged or returned. Deposits made towards custom items are non refundable as well. 
 

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

  • Lila Nikole offers an exchange only policy, no refunds. 
  • All purchases made on SALE items, accessories, or items discounted at 40% or more, are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any sale items received at our facility will be automatically returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
  • A Return Authorization Form is needed for every exchange. Please fill out form completely and enclose with the item(s) you are returning.
  • Issues with order must be reported within 48 hours of acceptance. You must provide proof with images and describe the details or problem with the item you have received. 
  • Returns received at our facility within 14 days of the original shipment date are eligible for store credit or exchange only, less all shipping and handling charges.
  • No returns are accepted past the14 days from customer shipment received. Any returns received after 14 days of the original shipment date will be refused or returned at the sender's expense, and no refund, exchange or store credit will be permitted.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please try on all swimwear carefully. Due to federal health regulations, all return items must be in the original condition with liner and tags on in order to be eligible for return.
  • No returns will be accepted on items that are soiled, worn, damaged, laundered, or in any way different than the condition in which they were sent, no refund will be issued, and the product will be shipped back to you at your expense.
  • The cost of any promotional shipping applied to your original order will be deducted from the exchange balance.
  • Custom orders are final sale, but can be adjusted once with no additional charge. Shipping fees are covered by the customer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, in our opinion, that is doing excessive returns or exchanges.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are not liable for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping. If an item is refused delivery by the client on international orders for any reason, no refund will be provided and additional charges will apply. All international orders are final sale. No returns, exchanges or exceptions will be permitted.

     

    STEPS TO EXCHANGE

     

    • In order to make an exchange, follow the instructions on the Return Request Form at sales@lilanikole.com. Include completed form in your package. Mail must be post marked with in 14 days of acceptance delivery. Due to availability, we will make every attempt to exchange your return for the exact item, color and size requested.
    • As the return package remains your responsibility until it is delivered to us, we recommend that you insure your return shipment or use methods of transport providing full tracking and delivery confirmation. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or tampered with, we will not be liable for any costs associated with its recovery, replacement of its contents or the value of its contents.
    • Once we have the package in hand, it will take up to 7 business days to process. We will reship your exchange and email your new tracking number. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you chose to take a credit, we will mail the credit form to you.
    • We hold a no warranty policy. Once tags are removed the items can not be returned and we will not be responsible for any damage that may occur.

      DAMAGED ITEMS

       

      • In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you. Return or replacement for exact items cannot be guaranteed due to availability, but we will issue a credit towards another equal valued item.
      • All defects or damages must be identified prior to use and issued a return authorization number within 48 hours of receiving the item and must be unworn, have tags, liners and original packaging.
      • Due to the differences in internet service and computer screen resolutions, some items may appear slightly different in size, color and texture in reality and does not constitute imperfections or damage of the item.

       

      SHIPPING INFORMATION

       

      • For security reasons, Lila Nikole online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes.
      • In-stock items are dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment, and will arrive in 7-10 business days depending on your method of shipment chosen. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your items individually.
      • We are not responsible for late packages due to delivery service. We can not guarantee their delivery methods.
      • All orders that are requested to ship to a different address other than the billing address are subject to a delay in shipment. Buyer must provide proof of credit card ownership via image of identification card and credit card used for transaction. Without proof, orders will be cancelled with in 3 business days.
      • Orders must be placed before 1 PM EST Monday through Friday to ship expedited mail. These items will ship as soon as the payment has cleared.
